Types of Therapy for Family Counseling

Functional Family Therapy (FFT)

This family therapy involves treating young people with behavioral issues or substance use. Functional family therapy works to find out those family factors that can contribute to teens’ problematic behaviors and violent tendencies. Structural Family Therapy
