Clients under the age of 18 may access our services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For clients aged 18 and above, sessions can be booked independently.

 

2. Nature of Service

 

BrainDost provides professional counseling services. Our services are not a replacement for emergency medical care or psychiatric hospitalization.

 

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

 

3. Payments

 

All sessions must be paid in advance.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

BrainDost does not store card information.

 

4. User Responsibility

 

You agree to provide accurate information when booking sessions and to attend appointments on time.

 

5. Rescheduling

 

BrainDost reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

 

6. Changes to Terms

 

BrainDost may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
