BrainDost provides online counseling and mental health services. Since our services are appointment-based, the following refund policy applies:

 

1. Cancellations

 

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, the payment is non-refundable.

 

2. Missed Appointments

 

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Therapist Unavailability

 

If the assigned therapist is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:

A full refund, or

Rescheduling at a convenient time

 

4. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
